We treat candidate and client data as confidential. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit a hiring requirement, upload a resume, apply for a role, subscribe to updates or contact our consultants.

  • Candidate details: name, contact information, resume, work history, qualifications and role preferences.
  • Employer details: company name, contact person, role briefs, hiring volumes and commercial terms.
  • Technical data: browser type, device information and anonymised analytics about how our website is used.

How we use your information

Candidate information is used solely to assess suitability for live and upcoming mandates and to share your profile with employers who have an active requirement.

Employer information is used to deliver recruitment services, manage the engagement and issue invoices.

Consent and sharing

We share candidate profiles with a client only for a specific role. We do not sell personal data, and we do not publish resumes on job boards or share them with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

Resumes are retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future openings, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer. Employer records are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

Security

Access to our candidate database is restricted to authorised consultants, protected by individual credentials and reviewed periodically. Files are transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw consent to being represented for future roles.
