Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging Plus People for recruitment services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Services for job seekers
Plus People never charges candidates any fee at any stage of the hiring process. Registration, shortlisting, interviews and placement are free for job seekers.
- You confirm that the information and documents you share are accurate and belong to you.
- We do not guarantee placement; shortlisting depends entirely on client requirements.
- Report any person demanding money in our name to us immediately.
Services for employers
Recruitment services are delivered under the commercial terms agreed in writing for each mandate, including fee percentage, invoicing schedule and replacement guarantee period.
- Fees for permanent placements become payable on the candidate’s date of joining.
- Replacement guarantees apply where the agreed terms and payment timelines have been met.
- Candidate profiles shared by us are confidential and must not be forwarded to third parties.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in screening and referencing candidates, but final hiring decisions rest with the employer. Plus People is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a hiring decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
